Welcome to RBXPay. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our platform. By accessing or using RBXPay, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
Independent Platform Notice
RBXPay is an independent, community-driven platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or directly connected to Roblox Corporation. "Roblox", "Robux", and various game logos are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. Our services are provided to facilitate community interaction and trading.
1. Description of Service
RBXPay provides a platform for users to facilitate trades of virtual items (specifically Game Passes) within the Roblox ecosystem. We act as an intermediary to ensure secure transactions between buyers and sellers. Our goal is to provide a safe environment for the community to manage their virtual assets.
2. User Responsibilities
By using RBXPay, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or conducting a trade.
- Maintain the security of your RBXPay account credentials.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as the Roblox Terms of Use and Community Standards.
- Treat other users and RBXPay staff with respect and courtesy.
3. Account Safety and Risk Disclosure
Important: While we strive to make trading as safe as possible, engaging in third-party trading of virtual assets involves inherent risks.
You acknowledge and agree that RBXPay is not responsible or liable for any action taken against your Roblox account by Roblox Corporation, including but not limited to warnings, suspensions, bans, or termination of your account, resulting from your use of our services. You use RBXPay at your own risk.
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not use RBXPay to:
- Engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activity.
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in our system or the Roblox platform.
- Harass, threaten, or scam other users.
- Attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
- Buy or sell accounts, or engage in any activity that violates the spirit of fair play.
5. Transactions and Fees
All trades facilitated through RBXPay are final. We charge a service fee for facilitating transactions, which is clearly displayed before you complete a trade. We reserve the right to change our fee structure at any time with prior notice. Please note that exchange rates for virtual currency may fluctuate.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RBXPay and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
7. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
